🔹 1. Are all your products handmade?

Mostly, our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Pembarthy, Telangana. Minor variations in design, size, or finish are expected and add to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.

2. Can I place a custom order?

Yes. We accept custom designs for personal, religious, or decorative purposes. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us via phone or WhatsApp to discuss your idea.

3. How long will it take to complete a custom order?

Timelines vary depending on size, complexity, and our current workload. We will give you a clear estimate once the order is confirmed.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Razorpay

• Bank Transfers

For custom orders, partial or full advance payment is required.

5. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements. We only review issues reported within 48 hours of delivery in case of shipping damage.

6. Are shipping and packing charges included?

No. Shipping and packing charges are extra, and calculated separately based on weight, size, and your delivery location, as per courier service rates.

7. Which areas do you ship to?

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your product is dispatched, we will share a courier tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

9. Is it possible to visit your workshop in person?

Yes, we welcome visitors with prior appointment. We’re located in H NO:13-90/2, PEMBARTHY, Jangaon, Telangana 506201, a village famous for metal craft. Contact us to schedule a visit.

10. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we handle bulk, institutional, and gifting orders for events, offices, and religious organizations. Please get in touch for custom quotations and timelines.
