1. Introduction
Welcome to www.metalartisan.in. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders and use of our products and services.
2. Nature of Handmade Products
All our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Pembarthy, Telangana. Slight variations in size, design, texture, or finish are natural and reflect the authenticity of handmade craftsmanship. These are not considered defects.
3. Custom Orders
We accept custom designs through our Custom Orders page or by direct contact.
Partial or full advance payment is required to confirm a custom order.
Once production begins, cancellations or modifications are not allowed.
Estimated timeframes for completion and dispatch will be communicated at the time of order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, and bank transfers.
Payments must be completed before dispatch.
Shipping and packing charges will be additional, calculated as per actual courier service rates.
5. Shipping & Responsibility
We ship across India using third-party courier services.
Once the product is packed and handed over to the courier, Metal Artisan is no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.
Tracking details will be provided for customer reference.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of handcrafted and custom-made items:
Returns, refunds, or replacements are not accepted.
Minor irregularities and natural variations are part of the handmade process.
In case of damage during transit, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photographic evidence. Final decision rests with us.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, product designs, and content on this website are the property of Metal Artisan. Use, duplication, or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy
We collect customer information only for order fulfillment and communication purposes. Your data is kept private and is not shared or sold to any third party.
