Custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to the commencement of forge work. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our brass and copper art, slight variations in weight, engraving, and patina are expected and constitute the unique character of the piece, not a defect.
For international shipments, the client is listed as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and localized fees levied by the destination country.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
