The Artisan Process
True luxury takes time. Our process begins with melting raw brass in traditional earth furnaces. We do not use modern molding machines. Instead, the heated metal is meticulously hammered—thousands of precise strikes to form the core shape.
From there, master engravers use handmade chisels to carve intricate mythological and floral motifs, a technique unique to the Pembarthy lineage.
